Why was Alliance formed? To meet the growing demand for third-party processors. We found many businesses who were considering an image-based system, whether they processed in-house or manually. After they saw the investment required for hardware, software and training, they searched for other options. That's why we're here. Using our lockbox services, you can control expenses and increase cash flow by outsourcing a critical, yet time-consuming and costly function.

Our image-based remittance system is fully functional and includes multiple OPEX mail extractors, NCR transports, servers and workstations. A two-pass remittance process is utilized, driven by the IMAGERPS software developed by Wausau Financial Systems (Mosinee, WI). System capabilities include Character Amount Recognition (CAR), Legal Amount Recognition (LAR) and Mark Sense Detection to increase read rates and data accuracy. High speed encoding, PC-based image balancing functionality and a high speed internet connection increase our processing speeds.
